Participate with your baby or toddler in singing, bouncing, rocking, dancing, listening and playing simple instruments – while developing a strong musical bond with your child. Through musical activities your child’s musical aptitude and listening abilities are enhanced and further developed.

Celebrate your child’s love of nature and growing independence through activities which focus on the seasons of the year. Classes are designed to build attention and self-expression and include singing, chanting, moving, focused listening, musical games, exploring musical instruments, creative movement, and storytelling.

Music Makers is our keyboard preparation class and includes singing, creative and structured movement, playing instruments, ensemble work, ear training and guided listening, as well as a developmentally sound approach to music literacy that builds symbolic thinking, concentration, memory, and self-expression.

Children will learn stories, songs and sounds of nature from our outdoor environment and the woodlands.

Children will explore the music of Great Britain, our own American-Indian heritage, Germany and Africa.

Children will develop the skills needed to begin a successful musical journey toward piano playing and musicianship. They are introduced to composition and create their own songs. Students develop and enhance comprehensive musicianship at the keyboard. They refine body control through movement and dances and build the foundation for life-long instrument playing.
